A soft natural narration

I provided the voiceover for this funny, creative advertisement for the Egyptian news organisation Mada Masr. When I saw the scripts and watched the un-narrated visual, I knew I wanted to be part of this project. Working with the team at Mango Jam in Dubai, the client and writers all attended the session which made the direction so much easier to work with as we were able to talk through everything. This is the 2nd of a fun two-ad campaign designed to renew readers’ interest in politics by highlighting the many ways politics happens all around us, every day. Ref: Adweek.

Who are Mada Masr?

Mada Masr is an independent Egyptian news organization dedicated to producing intelligent and engaging journalism.
Under 14 Handball Team sarcastically elaborates on how bureaucracy and corruption are not just reserved for parliamentary affairs. The two films capture the unseen power struggles and immorality in seemingly innocuous organisations. The other being Suzy's Beauty Salon. This was a brilliant, creative project and I had a lot of fun working with them.
